The man with the plan.

So, who's Bouli?

First things first. Bouli isn't my real name.

It's a nickname that stuck, courtesy of a cartoon snowman. If you remember the theme tune, you might remember “Bouli agus a chairde” - Bouli and his friends.

Which, when you think about it, is a pretty fitting place for this story to start.

Because for as long as I can remember, I've been the one organising things for my friends.

It started with 30 lads and a 6th year holiday.

Since then, there's been a trip around the world, adventures across more than 40 countries, three stags, my own wedding and more weekends away than I could count.

Then there are the tournaments.

I ran a darts tournament for a decade with more than 300 people taking part over the years. These days, there's an annual golf tournament with 72 players - now in its third year.

Different groups. Different places. Different moving parts.

Same person making sure it all comes together.

From production schedules to proper adventures.

For nearly 20 years, I've worked in film and television production.

It's a world of tight schedules, complicated logistics, budgets, suppliers, last-minute changes and plenty of personalities.

You learn to think ahead, solve problems and keep things moving. You also learn that the best experiences are usually the ones where nobody notices how much work went into making them happen.

And somewhere along the way, I realised I was using exactly the same skills to organise the things I loved doing outside work.

So I made a business out of it.

That's where Bespoke by Bouli comes in.

I'm not interested in churning out the same trip for everyone.

I want to find out what you've got in mind, work out what will make it special and take care of the details that bring it all together.

Because the best bit shouldn't be organising it.

It should be being there.

Good People. Great Plans.

Memories for Life.
